Sir,
divorce case file by husband .he has taken direction from high court for disposal of the case within six month for divorce case, Out of which 4 months passed .On his application for reduction of my interim maintenance lower court reduced it. My appeal against reduction is admitted & is pending in High Court and even Ist hearing date is not yet given. Please advice me ��
Q1� Can the Divorce case be disposed off in lower court prior to the disposal of my appeal in High Court ?
Q2�What should I do under this circumstances?

dear client both proceedings r different hence donot worry about which is getting decided early one. u can file application for urgent earning in high court. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
