Divorce case filed by husband from wrong address. We were living separately. After two years of proceeding I changed my rental house address. Now I want to change it again, but my house owner is not giving me in writing that I lived in his house for that period. I have no any documentary proof to submit in court that I have live in his house on rent . but I have some video recording on many occasions by mobile phone of my and my parents of his house . If I change my rental house with out any documental proof.

I raised the point of his wrong address in 340 CrPC. Now he can also raise for my address.

Q1= whether video recording by mobile phone is sufficient to proof my address in correct or not ?
