Sir divorce case filed by husband . cross of pw-1 is going on. There is differences in petitioner evidence and his cross exam. Family court Judge is taking favour of husband , Please advice me what is better.
Q1- Shall I point out the differences in cross exam ?
Q2- Shall I point out the differences in argument ?
