sir divorce case filed by husband he is filing false salary slip in court according to your advice i asked my lawyer to file RTI to get his certified salary slip. but he said you cannot get his salary slip because your husband is a private company employee . and private company treat you as a third party .

Q1 --Is my lawyer is right ?

Q2--what to do please advice me ?

Yes you are third party. Always Trust your Lawyer /Doctor. If you don't then it's better to change them. Your lawyer know's much better abt your cas rather then here as u putting.

Just trust and follow him or change you have option.
