Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, A Divorce case, on the grounds of Desertion & cruelty is pending in Family Court since 3 yrs. Now, on the final stage. 15 yrs separation and it was accepted/proved by the respondent (Wife) in her Cross Examination Report. Just tell me Can I get Divorce or not? I need an answer YES or NO. URGENT PL.
