Sir. I want divorce from my wife as m very depressed due to her daily fights but is afraid if I file for divorce she is warning me to file a doury case against me and also my family

In this situation, compromise is a better option. Try to keep this thought out of your mind and live with her happily. She can also file a 'cruelty' case against you and may also claim compensation / alimony. You have to suffer a huge financial burden in the event of divorce.
