SIR, DIVORCED FILED BY HUSBAND IN 2011 I DON'T WANT DIVORCE .I FILLED WILLINGNESS TO LIVE WITH MY HUSBAND IN WRITTEN STATEMENT AND ALSO FILED AFFIDAVIT OF WILLINGNESS TO LIVE WITH HIM IN APRIL 2013 AND ANOTHER APPLICATION FOR MEDIATION .APPLICATION REJECTED BY COURT IN ORDER HE WRITTEN THAT " I DON'T THINK ITS A SUITABLE TIME TO MOVE FILE IN MEDIATION WHEN BOTH PARTIES GET READY THEN IT IS POSSIBLE HENCE REJECTED". I HAVE NOT FILED ANY CRIMINAL CASE ON HIM .HE FILED DIVORCE CASE FROM WRONG ADDRESS.

q1- IS THERE ANY PATH TO STOP DIVORCE ?

you can only defend his petition for divorce. there is no way you can stop him from filing a petition for divorce.

u can file application under section 9 of HMA & u can file application under domestic violence & u can claim monetary relief & residential rights.
