yes you can remarry the same person again

You can certainly marry the same person again. What is required is that all the essentials of marriage have been fulfilled. This includes that either of the parties are married to someone else at the time of registration of marriage, they are of required legal age, have given their free contest to the marriage and are not within the prohibited degrees of relationship. If the criteria is met, you can marry again.

There is no legal bar prohibiting you to marry the same person again.
