Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir... I am doctor and my husband is also doctor working in a medical college. I am doing my post graduation from another place. We are in relation since last one year.. but he is stop calling and messaging me.. and stop to visit my place since last one year.. my family went to him 2 times to ask about what problems.. but after that he becomes normal for few days and again start doing same thing after that.please advice me what to do should I take divorce from him

In this case you can file a case for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and not communicating, not responding or answering etc also amount to cruelty.
