Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i have dvc applied dvc on my in laws 2 years back i.e. my husband,mother,father,sister,&her; husband . i submitted my proofs my cross is over .but among respondents only one attended cross remaining are not attending .what should i do whether it benfits my side or to their side . please tell me.

if they dont come for cross you will get the benefit.
