sir, i have kept dvc on my in law in 2013.now it is there turn to attend cross. now they filed memo to refer to LOKADALAT .so court granted it on 27th April 2015. what will happen there? even my husband filed divorce petition on me where proceedings not yet started. now please tell me.

1.why they approached LOKADALAT now

2.what will happen there?

3.SHOULD I COMPULSORY ATTEND TO IT .. please help me
