sir, i kept dvc on my in laws in 2013.now it there turn for cross.i kept dvc on 5 of therm.but now except respondent.1 no one is coming for cross they were telling that they wont com..sir what will happen if they wont come.is benefit for them?and loss for us please tell me.how can we make them to come for cross

if they do not cross your testimony, then it would stand proved in the court unless the judge takes some contrary view.
