sir, i kept dvc on my in laws in 2013.now it is there turn to sit for cross.but they are avoiding it by lame excuses.managing not to happen.. they are pressuring me in several ways to accept for divorce which is kept by my husband.
1 sir is there any provision in law the petitioner can argue her own case ?
2.but i don't know this sections and legal terms ?can i get assistance from court.
3.now can i cross respondents?
