Legal Question in Family Law in India

SIr my elder brother was already married, but he was doing another marry with one girl. I and our whole family was against of it. We are supporting our brother's wife. But his father in law is giving us warning to make wrong fir on us.

And girl's father has filed kidnapping case on our family. Because his girl has run away with my elder brother and they are staying to each other.In this situation what we should do. Please give us suggestions
