hi sir. our family was acquited in 498a in 2011 Aug. after 1 year she filed condine delay petition which still in the court pending. now she is creating nuisance at my home. what are cases can i file on her for not coming my home

You may file a police complaint. But probably this will not succeed. Better seek that relief in 498A itself.
