sir i have already filed csr and the inspector warned my husband to live properly and he promised to do so. But he went to women dowry wing and asked us to come for counselling. After 3 months of period he is not ready to accept to live with me and he says he will go to court for divorce. He had a affair and we came to know. From that he want to run so he forces for divorce. Can i file FIR now him sir. he is a criminal and i have a 3 and half old son.

dear client u can file F I R against him for dowry harassment. u can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. u can also file restitution of conjugal rights case and ask husband to live with u. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
