Sir I filed divorce on 2008 due to her immoral life with her lover. But i unattended and the case dismissed. When i tried to re-rail it on 2011 my adultery spouse started DV against me. I countered with evidence she is immoral. She let the DV dismissed on 2012 unattended. Again i started to re-rail divorce on 04/2013. But this she filed the same DV complaint in police station for which i was remanded and suspended being a govt servant. I reached high court for enquiry about her life with X with evidence and got an order. But the bribed police and dept offls remain mute. Now she came frontfoot for asking me interim relief, house and right on asset eventhough i was taking care my children for 12 years lonely. what am i to do now? can i go for a criminal case against all?
