sir i have filed dvc aaganist my in laws .six months back .and i asked my bekingings back becoz i dont have my appearels but cort scationed all belonings including interim .they handed over my belongings in prresence of court .will it have postive to me or basing giving all my belonigngs .they can proceed for divorce .or y giving all these will they have positive point .please help me.

You should accept return of all your belongings and continue fighting for your rights. The divorce is granted by the court only on the basis of evidence and legal grounds available. Your accepting your belongings will not affect your divorce case.
Mr.Sudershan guide you well. Further you should check all your belongings including your jewellery etc. or mention it to the judge about pending dowry and continue your case.
It will not affect any of your case.
