sir , i have filed dvc in 2013 on my in laws.interim maintenance granted for me in 2014 from then he is paying that .recently he filed divorce in 2015 Jan from then he stopped paying maintenance their threatening me that we will go to high court & cancel my interim maintenance as he filed divorce . is it possible .what can i do know .

Dear client if husband had stop paying interim maintenance then file recovery petition against him. If he go high court for cancellation of maintenance then also high court give u opportunity to put yr side. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
