Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir i have filed Restitution of conjugal rights and my wife has filed divorce with maintenance as now the stage in family court is inquiry on maintenance .. actually they have applied divorce on the basis of following ground that have lied that i have completed my graduation, mental torture , no job , reeling in debts like that etc .. now they are asking maintenance .. my question is what kind of questions they will be asking to me to grant maintenance my wish is to live with her and lead a happy life but they are money minded even in the counselling they stated that they have enough money and they can take care of them and my daughter

Please suggest

you mean the matter is fixed for arguments on maintenance petition. You will have to prove your income and the wife too will file her income proof in an affidavit for. The matter will be then argued. have you gone for counselling if the efforts have failed then you will have to contest the case.
