Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I was having a fixed deposit with my daughter.. Payable to either or survivor (EorS). My daughter who was married, died one year back. I with drawn money. Her husband is claiming money. She is not having children. Her last wish was money should be spent by parents/my family. What should I do. Please. Advice.

If FD is in joint name then her husband has a right to claim share but if it is not in joint name then her husband does not have any right.
