Hi sir, I have a flat, which is completely on my name, but my step mother is not allowing me to live in that flat and I am 22 yrs old. tell me does my step mother has any right on that flat, and I have all the documents of that flat with me and I am the only kin next to my died father.

your step mother have no right. you can approach the police.
