Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I found many times my wife having wrong relationship with others. Shouted her and 2-3 times beaten also. But no change from her side. Now I am employed in Gulf. With-in a month I arranged Visa to my wife & 2-children (age:4&2). Spend more than 1 lac for Visa, House, Ticket, School advance etc... After issuing ticket, I shouted her for some reason. She took this as advantage and refusing to come to me. Said that she can not live with me, she can take care her life etc... Now again saying differently that when you get time (even after years), come and talk to me face to face, then I will think whether to live with you or not. I tried my best and elders also tried. But she is still playing safely. Finally I said either come and live with me or give me divorce. No response from her (she is living with her parents now). If she file a case on me that I am not sending money for her living in India, Is it must I should resign my job and go India to face the case??? Or, what else I can do now with out loosing my career.

you will have to contest the case in India but you can seek exemption from the court from personal appearance. for further queries contact 9312411481.
