Hi sir, I am gautam bhalerao from Mumbai. sir my wife is not taking care of my parents bcz she said this is my mothers house. But her mother death in 2011 now she is staying with my two children in that room. & she also fired out me from that room in 2010 & i am working in pvt company 24 by 7 in the guest house of the company as a care taker & i giving 7000/- rs to my wife every month. my parents are staying with my uncles house & i paying 5000/- rs for take care of my parents. I said to my wife i will take one rental room in mankhurd aria. Now my wife said you take your Owen room then i will take care of only your mother not father & if you take room in your aria near by your work then i can take care of your parents. But sir my my wife's room is in the mankhurd & my children s school also in that aria & there room rent is chip so i can pay deposit & monthly rent & i can give money to her also.
But i am not able to pay deposit & room rent in my aria bcz that aria is very expensive. sir i hae to take care of my parents with my family. sir now what should i do?

Well, this is not a legal issue, you need to discuss this with your wife, explain and convince her to agree to your idea, as that would be in the interest of the Family.
she can not force u, discuss with ur wife & tell her about ur financial position . gd luck
