sir , please give your advice
if husband himself filed divorce petition and in google+ account he has written down his relationship status " in an open relationship" sir you know very well the legal definition of "in an open relationship" my question is that;-
Q1-- is it sufficient to proof adultery on him or not ?
Q2--Can I file adultery case on him or not ?
Q3-- during the proceeding of divorce petiton he refuses to live with me in written and also in oral in front of judge which was metioned by family court judge at the time of dismissal of his divorce petition and written that cruelty was not proved by him.
Q4-- i am going to filed 125 crpc. Can i write down in 125 CrPC application that he is living " in an open relationship" or not?
Q-5 - In my w/s it was written that he want to mary some other girl but I was unable to prove it but now I can show on his google + acount that he is living in an open relationship. Can I put up this matter in my counter affidavit in High Court?

mere writing in an open relationship does not prove or disprove anything.
