Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, good evening, I got married on June 2012 , I am from chennai and my wife is from mysore, she born and brought up in bangalore, my marraige held on june 12th 2012, my wife used to go to mysore once or twice a month? This is happening from day one onwards, already one and half years have gone but myself and my wife stayed together o nly for 5 months (not continuosly) now she wants me to quit my job and search a job in bangalore, but due to my financial situation I cannot quit my job, after a baby born she came back from mysore and she satyed with me only for two months, again she went to mysore she is not ready to come to chennai and her parents also happy to staying with grandson, but I need to live with my wife and baby , the thing is she is not going for job and she is not that much educated and she is having two More sisters and the only earning member In her family is my father in law and he is not also having standard income, iam worrying about my son studies and otherthings, now please help me regarding this....Sir, good evening, I got married on June 2012 , I am from chennai and my wife is from mysore, she born and brought up in bangalore, my marraige held on june 12th 2012, my wife used to go to mysore once or twice a month? Dear Client,

At first do not quit your job. Try to join your baby once or twice a month at Mysore and spend the weekend happily with your wife and family. Slowly you may convince her it is not an easy thing to find a job in Bangalore and the cost of living is too highadded to that your baby is growing. Do not be too much excited about the baby's education, in my opinion the govt. Schools and teachers are the best since they are selectedhoh from the best well paid and sincere too, loves the students.Another reason for not joining is that your wife was not able to manage the households matters, on this your participation is a must, by convincing her that your help is also there, she may change her mind. Frequent visits to your wife and child can increase the bond of love with you,is also a best. So do not destroy your family life only life only because of this.
