hello sir,
i am govt employee working far away from my home and stay near my office inrent. my wife lives with my family member at home . one night 23 january 15 at 1:00 night my wife was caught red handed with another man in compromising manner. the detais is
about 11 pm my sister called to me that i have seen any man to enter your room with your wife and room is closed inside. i told my sister to close room outside. and inform my big brother who lives in another house in front of my house. my brother inform his freind and two neighbour saying that a thief has been entered in my house. mysister, brother, bhabhi , brothers friend , and two neighbor came to my wife's room and knocked theroom but they did not open the room. then they broked the window of room and all of them seen that my wife was in bed with another man in naked condition.then they came out from room . both of them accepted physical relationship for long. since i live very far from my home i reached at morning. i asked my wife and she admitted her physical relation with her freind. then we filed an FIR against her boyfreind stating that he came to my wife room unauthorized and caught red handed in compromising manner with my wife and later he escaped from our hands cleverly. we filed FIR in police station and they lodged FIR above the fact mentioned and charge IPC 354,506, etc.
police has arrested his boy freind and challan has filed in district court.now i have filed divorce case on the ground of adultery . is it enough to prove she is living in adultery. she has filled her counter that she do not know her boyfreind and she doesn't know how his freind came to her room as she was sleeping at that time and when we woke up he tried to rape her. also she alleged that in order to get divorce we have planned it with the help of his boyfreind. which is totaly false. how do i prove truth. is eye witness and FIR sufficeint. what if she says we have hired eye witness or it is fake or it is our neghbour so they are telling lie.
