Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir my grandfather had five sons,three from his first wife and two from his second wife after his death in 1932 his property was mutated in my father and his brother now one of the grand son from first wife has filed alawsuit for declaration under rule 39 for cancellation of mutation of my father and his brother from second wife Is it right? And what about statute of limitation after such a long time? Please advise my father passed away 20years ago and property is in my family name my email id is virom325 @gmail.com
