Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, i am very happy for ur kind suggestions. plz if u dont mind i have some questions plz clarify me sir.
my wife is working in a nationalized bank and i am working in private sector how alimony is decided in the court.
1. my property is only a land of 40*60 which i purchased prior to marriage.
i am getting a salary of 35000
2. She may get arround 20000 and her grandfather property is very good and evern her father property is good. They have given a home and a commercial complex for rent.
3. Wheteher she is eligible to ask a maintance charge.
So now tell me sir how alimony is decided if she claims in the court .

Working wife is not entitled for any maitenance, but she can claim your 50% property share and alimony as per your status.

You should not count properties of her father and grand father.
