Hello Sir

My name is haseeb and Iam an Indian Muslim citizen , Iam already married ,and planning to have a second marriage ( Polygamy ) in South Africa. They require a no objection certificate from India Government, as per Muslim Marriage Act in India how can I get a No objection certificate from India Government for a second marriage .
