sir i have heard that if husband pay maintenance in dvc .it will be deducted from total compensation in final settlement is it true ?
2.is there procedure is there if we want to change advocate?

dear client it is not true. husband have to pay full amount which will decide in final settlement.take no objection on vakalat nama from current advocate to change the advocate. for detail discussion call me

maintenance pendente lite is different and alimony/final settlement is different. it cannot be adjusted without consent of both the parties.
