Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir, I am a hindu girl. My husband is a muslim. We got married before 6 years by special marriage act.
For his family to accept me I have changed my religion through a madarassa. Though I have not changed my name or religion in gazette and I remain as hindu.
The problem is we got married on June 2008 through special marriage act.
According to the madarassa certificate I converted on March 2008.
Will this cause any problem to my marriage?
If so, please suggest what can be done.
