Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I am a hindu orphan girl, but i also have a step mother, who is having a son from her first husband, not the real son of my father, i am the only blood related girl of my deceased father, I just want to ask that does my step mother and her son from her previous husband has any right in my deceased father property according to hindu law, or not, plz. Help me.

You and your step mother should inherit your father's estate equally, with no share for your step brother from your mother's former husband. However, situation may be different if your step brother was 'adopted' by your father with the consent of child's biological father, i.e. your step-mother's former husband.
