Sir, my husband has sent me divorce paper. In return I have filled case for the return of jahaiz. Am I also eligible to get part of the property or finance if he has any? thanks

if he divorced u so u r entitled for the dower (if unpaid) MAINTENENCE , dowery articales and property if he given u at the time of nikkah
