Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

sir my husband sent me 1 divorce and he is going to send the others without any doubt. i have a kid of 10 months whom i feed myself he doesnot give me any money for myself and my kid since july his pay is 35000 and his mothers is 2 lac he is her only child and she took all the responsibility of me and my child at the time of marriage and on certain other occasions as well my question is

how much will i get for child support and myself at the time of feeding?

i want to recover all the money of dowry my parents gave me i didnot bring any of my haqmehar as the kicked me out several times after beating me up but have written it on my divorce that i have taken all my valuable possessions?

will i get all the gifts that were given to me by him? as islam says the gifts are for the women to keep

he also made me sign an unread argument by force it was not a legal paper but it was a document by his lawyer does it have any legal value as i signed it under pressure?

please answer my questions

you will get the monthly maintenance for your child, and for you till the period of iddat, proportionate to your husband's income which would be around 15,000/- per month.

you have the right to get all of your dowry, dower and gifts as well.

any document signed by force has no legal worth.
