sir my husband driven me home 2012.as he has affair with another girl .i applied dvc in 2013 now he applied for divorce. how can i prove his affair can u tell me the sections. will this divorce effect my dvc.this step help s him.

You may seek clubbing of both the divorce petitions. The affair/adultery can only be proved on the basis of available legal evidence. Your lawyer handling the case in court should be able to guide you.
