Husband filed Divorce petition on false address. I want to file perjury /forgery against him.

My one lawyer is giving heading Application under 340 crpc. and one is giving heading Application under 195/340 crpc.

Q1---what is the difference between 340 crpc and 195/340 crpc.?

Q2--which one is more better?
