sir, husband filed divorce petition after one year of marriage in 2007 july and the address and ID proof given by him of 6 year old (2001). when he was unmarried . he changed his old address in 2004. after that he lived in another address .my lawyer says to me file application for dismiss the divorce petition .
Q1-- can i take his advice on this ground ?
Q2-- can i put on him criminal case on him for doing wrong in court ?
sir because he harassed me and my family member and i wan justice . i never done anything wrong. i have not filed any case on him.

dear client file application for dismissal of case. u cannot put his in criminal case because of mentioning wrong address. but u can file domestic violence case for mental harassment. as well as u can claim maintenance from him if u r not working. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
