Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,

My husband left to USA before 2 and half years when i am 2 months pregnant and til now he has not returned and not answering my phone call.. Even his parents are not responding properly. Me and my kid are living in my parents support. I heard from his friends that he coming to India next month. My question is , is it possible for me to lock him in india by law until i get justice for me and my son. what is the procedure to catch him?

where did you marriage take place?/where are his parents? you can file a case for DV act and also seek maintenance. for further query contact 9312411481
