Sir iam married with 6 years old child my husband has tortured me and i was in pathetic condition through out my life span of 5 years , we have never ever lived togother , now we both decided to apply for Mutual consent now he has taken complete u turn and said to me i will not and threatened us with dire consequences i.e life threat i need divorcee from him but i cant appear @ any point of time in the family court since my life is in endanger in this regard kindly advise the procedures to get the divorcee
