Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir,

Iam Raj, Currently working in a Mumbai, I got married in 2010 , in the 3.5 years of my marriage she is not that much close to me , she is more interested to her parents , all over the time she will be talking to her mother and sister over the MOBILE , she obeys only their words and decision . what ever the things happens in my house , their family will be known first than me. She is more addicted to the mobile with their family. SOME TIMES I THINK MOBILE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ME. When ever the I ask any thing she started to quarrel and make big scene . Her main intention is I need follow her family and their words as per my analysation

This is the time where I need to give more concentration on my career for the good future. So iam not able to concentrate on my work iam lagging in the team.

By this my parents are suffering a lot with her mentality ,

Please let me know how can I proceed

See, it depends upon the nature . It is quite possible that u don't love her that much so that her attention from parents could distract. Under the situation, I can't advise you to immediately initiate any legal action. Talking to her parents is not at all a reason to dissolve the marriage as far as law says. When you decide something absolute, they only a strategy could be devised.
