Sir khulla ki dicree k bad both husband and wife union council approach nahein karry aur larki divorce certificate k bghair dosri shadi krr leti ha tu abb ESS shadi ki aur previous shadi ki kya legal position ha?? Union council sa divorce certificate issue krwana kiss ki zimmadari ha?? Who is faulty in this situation plz tell
