Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Sir I am a new lawyer. practicing only 2 years experience. I have no experience in below that matter. but this issue arises of my family. that's why I want to know about legal procedure of child guardianship/ adoption from Bangladesh.

my question is that:-

The Canadian provincial government asked me to provide the following:

1. They want written confirmation from me about child adoption/guardianship process from Bangladesh and regarding that services that I can provide. Sir can you tell me about this matter? what can I do mention written confirmation about child adoption/guardianship process. Thanks.
