Legal Question in Family Law in

hello sir, we have lodged a complaint against my husband and their family(4 members)( dowry case)... but still we didnt get any notice from court... if we ask our pp, she says that , it will get charge if and only all the members of that family atttend the court hearing; it is already been 1 year 4 months over, what to do? our family is in trouble,please help me by giving your valuable suggestions...

your question is not clear. if you have file a case your husband will receive notice/summons from court and not you of your family
