Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir. I m staying in baroda with my husband amd mother in low. I m having one child. From last one and half year my hosband in not having any relationship with me. Even he is not talking with me. My mother in low knows this and taking advantage of it. She is mentally herrasing me a lot. I m facing all this just for my dauter's future but now i m frustated a lot. Please give me advice. What i need to do? Can i file divorce case.

Dear client u can file complaint against husband and in law under sec 498 a with women cell of police. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment against them. Then file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
