sir i m student of hotel management in hyderabad, i got married 3 years back, my wife has lodged a fake FIR of 498A and 406 in alwar rajasthan,i was in police remand for 9 days in ramgadh police station,now i m on bail, she has given name of whole family,sir my father is a S.P in CRPF police and posted in chennai,what should i do now to prove that i m innocent ,and i have never asked her for dovery and never thought to torcherd her,sir i ready for any test like nariko test or lie detecting test.sir i m in great tension.please help me to solve my problem.
