Hi sir or madam ..... My husband is a divorce already... His parents lied mostly and my dad dint enquired bout him and married me they repeated same with me with taunt mental harassment even in my pregnancy that time he told that this child is not his now my child is 9 moths old I stay with my dad ... He disrespected my parents too .... Now I want to take divorce which he won't give easily and want my son custody to be with me ... And they asked for dowry and my whole thing which dad gave they didn't returned to me .... So where I should take help and what case can I file on them please suggest me sir please
