Hi Sir / Madam

As a married daughter shall i claim on my Father's property at Andheri in Pagadi System..

My father has dead & my older brother soldout property withiout giving any intimation to me & not giving any share on that Pagadi Property soldout..

Shall I go for legally for my cliam..

Pls advice.
