Hello Sir/ Madam

Good Day

I have applied for divorce in regular court under section 13a but now both me and my wife came to mutual understanding of divorce with settlement of some (good amount) of money. Can it be done in lok adalat and how many days it can take? please advice .

yes it can be done. Ask the judge to send your case in lok adalat and only in one day it will be done.
