Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i am from maharashtra. my sisters were married before 1994.my father died in 1975.now they want equal share in property.my question is are they gets equal shere or less share? and please tell me that here which law is applicable(1994 or 2005)and please tell me differance between 1994 and 2005. suggest some refer.book in marathi language.

You may seek help from a local lawyer. Your sisters might be interested in a share in your father's property. It may be better to reach an amicable settlement with them.
